Kid City

Explore the ministry opportunities for your children at New Life.

Update: Kid City Ministry is closed. We are not offering kids ministry at this time. Currently as needed, a Kid City volunteer will take the children to the Kid City area downstairs during the message. We do require masks for all children 4 and up.

Kid City at New Life

At New Life, we love kids. We create energetic, safe and engaging environments where kids can make friends, learn about God and have a whole lot of fun.

At New Life our kids (infant through 8th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

We would love to see you and have your family visit Kid City.

Your first visit

Here's what to expect when visiting Kid City for the first time:

Masks will be required for all children ages 4 and up. We will be taking temps of all of the children upon entry with forehead thermometers. We have done our very best to make our children rooms a save environment and have taken measures to have everything sanitized. Nothing matters more to us than keeping your children safe!

You will find Kid City in the downstairs of New Life. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name
  • Child's birth date
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

How check-in works

Before Service: Your child will be checked-in at the entrance of Kid City by a New Life volunteer. After getting checked in, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

Can't join us in-person?

We are still offering services online for those of you who cannot come or do not feel comfortable meeting in-person. We understand and because of that we still provide resources for you to have “Sunday School” at home with your kids. Check out Parent Cue and what they have to offer for Sunday At Home with your kids!
